SENIOR EYE EXAMS

Alberta Healthcare covers all visits to our office for Seniors 65 years of age and older!
Annual eye exams are recommended for seniors.
Comprehensive eye exams for senior including treatment for a range of conditions including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, cataracts and macular degeneration.

The primary source of income for seniors (65 years of age or older) is provided by the Government of Canada through the Guaranteed Income Supplement and Old Age Security. To supplement these programs the Government of Alberta provides the following supports and services:

Provides financial assistance to eligible seniors with low- to moderate- income for basic dental and optical services.
​
For your convenience the application is attached for any one who hasn't completed the application at 65 years of age.

We offer Home Care, where a Licensed Eyecare Provider will visit you at your home when needed. Call our store to arrange if needed 780-433-5500.
