We're Hiring – Optometric Assistant

Varsity Optical is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Optometric Assistant to join our team!

​

In this role, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by welcoming patients, assisting with preliminary testing, scheduling appointments, supporting our doctors, and helping patients with their eyewear needs.

​

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Organized and detail-oriented

• A strong communicator

• Comfortable using computers

• Able to work well independently and as part of a team

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. We are looking for additional coverage on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

​

This is a great opportunity for a university student pursuing optometry or a related healthcare field who is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a busy, patient-focused clinic.

​

Previous experience in optometry, healthcare, or customer service is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate.

​
